Fat Does Not Make You Fat Shorts Short Motivation
Fat does not make you fat, it makes your lean, strong, and healthy. We have a limited capacity to absorb fat and are extremely limited in its absorption once we use up all of our bile. After this we can only absorbe a very small percentage of the excess fat so that most of it goes out in your stools. So, it is extremely difficult to absorb more fat then is healthy for you because you are physiologically restricted unless you do something like take exogenous bile such as ox bile. I don’t recommend this even for those without a gallbladder because even if you don’t have a gallbladder to store bile in your liver will still make bile and drip it out constantly throughout the day. So you may need to split up your fatty meals without a gallbladder but you can still eat the same amount of fat overall. Then there are many people who form what is called a pseudo gallbladder which acts in the same manner as your original gallbladder and you won’t see any difference in what you can eat and how much you can eat. So remember, the fat is good for you; eat the damn fat.
